Ready-to-Ship Items:
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and dispatch.
Regular Products:
For all products other than ready-to-ship items, please expect a delivery timeframe of 1–2 weeks after the processing period closes. Processing typically concludes on Fridays for that week’s lineup.
International Shipments:
For orders shipped outside the United States, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not covered by delon. Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds.
Package Responsibility:
Once your order is handed over to USPS, UPS, Canada Post, or DHL, delon. is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit. However, we will gladly assist you with the carrier’s claim process to help locate or resolve any shipment issues.
