At delon., we take pride in the quality and exclusivity of our products. Our goal is to ensure transparency and clarity regarding post-purchase concerns. Please review our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
INCORRECT SIZING
INCORRECT SIZING IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.
We provide model measurements, detailed size charts, sizing guidance, and product fit information on our website. Selecting the correct size is the customer’s responsibility. Orders placed with incorrect sizing are not eligible for resolution.
DAMAGED ITEMS
DAMAGED ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. Once verified, we will offer one of the following options:

A replacement item (same item or an alternative of equal value, subject to availability), or

Store credit equal to the value of the item
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
RETURN PERIOD
All issues, including damage claims, must be reported within 14 days from the date your package is received. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All items approved for replacement or store credit must be:

With all original tags attached
A 5% processing fee is deducted from refunds (where applicable) to cover transaction fees charged by payment providers. These fees are not retained by delon.
RETURN COSTS
If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary based on courier and country of return.
DELAYED, LOST, OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
In cases of delayed, lost, or stolen shipments, delon. may offer one of the following solutions at its sole discretion:

A replacement item or size currently in stock and available for immediate dispatch

Complimentary gifts added to your order when it becomes ready to ship
Refunds will not be issued for delayed, lost, or stolen shipments.

Shop Pay Purchases (Special Return & Refund Terms)
For orders placed using Shop Pay, the following terms apply:

Shop Pay–paid items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are unopened and unused, due to sanitary reasons.

Returns must be sent with free postage (no return shipping cost to the customer).

Store credit, restocking fees, or exchanges do not apply to Shop Pay purchases.

Refunds will be processed back to Shop Pay within 14 business days after the returned items are received and approved.
